Modeling and Scheduling of Flexible Manufacturing System Using Petri Net and Fuzzy MCDM Approach

چکیده

This paper deals with modeling of flexible manufacturing systems (FMS) under uncertainties and evaluation of multi criteria decision making approach for online scheduling. To represent uncertain events in FMS, such as failure of machine tools, repair time, and processing time, we develop Stochastic Petri nets for constructing the FMS model. For obtaining an online real-time efficient schedule of FMS, we use MCDM approach together with fuzzy logic system for evaluating the reliabilities of machines and the performance of this approach using the FMS simulation proposed in this paper. The method can handle features such as routing flexibility, shared resources and concurrency.
